A PLACE TO STAY AND HEAL

Gabriel House of Care is a warmhearted nonprofit that works to improve the health and experience of patients undergoing serious hospital treatments and procedures. Many of the patients helped by Gabriel’s House are adult cancer and transplant patients from Mayo Clinic, UF Health Proton Institute, Baptist, the Ackerman Cancer Center, and other medical facilities, as well as their caretakers.

Gabriel’s house provides them with a place to stay at a reasonable price while they undergo treatments. These are patients who must live close to the hospital because the recuperation period after procedures and surgeries can last for weeks or even months. It is expensive and not always possible to recover in a hotel atmosphere.

Gabriel’s House is a beacon of hope for many because they offer a secure place for all of our visitors, as well as comprehensive therapeutic programs that lower stress and improve quality of life.
