I spoke to Kevin first. Today, I spoke to Sierra, she gets 100/100stars. You are so lucky to have her on your staff. She’s patient, smart, sweet, and wonderful. Hope she gets a promotion, a raise and a nice dinner. I,m computer illiterate and very hard to deal with. I’m older than dirt, but she was always very nice to me. Sometimes people get annoyed, and I understand. But not Sierra. She is the queen of niceness. Very grateful she got n touch with me. Thank you for having her.
