Safeguarding Military Families in Florida

Our crew here at Regency Insurance Group has embarked on a mission to safeguard military families in Florida. Did you know that more than 50,000 men and women have been wounded in recent military conflicts? Even more astounding is the fact that as many as 500,000 soldiers who have returned from deployment are living with physical and psychological traumas such as depression and PTSD.

According to the US Dept. of Veteran Affairs, 30% of Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and research fro the department indicates that there is a direct correlation between traumas like PTSD and behaviors such as domestic violence, drug and alcohol addiction, and even suicide. For this reason, our agency will be supporting the Life-saving efforts of The Wounded Warrior Project.
